Scheduling and Services
Appointments and therapy services are not scheduled through this website.
This website may provide general information about available services, but all scheduling, intake, consent, and treatment agreements occur through the therapist’s separate booking or intake system.
Any professional services provided will be governed by separate service agreements, intake forms, and informed consent documents provided directly by Melanie Lowe Hoffman.
